When you dine in Lionshead or Vail Village, the options and selections are almost limitless. While each unit in The Lion is fully equipped with a full-size gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, you may choose to step out for a culinary delight or have a private chef or catering company to come to your residence. Should you choose to stay in, Resort Delivery will deliver your grocery list directly to your unit prior to or during your stay.
CATERING
Red Maple Catering serves groups from four to four thousand (give or take), in Vail, Beaver Creek, Edwards and beyond, and in many different formats. Harrison and his team can provide everything “in” — as an in-home private chef experience preparing and serving either a plated or family style sit-down breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. The company also caters events such as après-ski receptions with passed hors-d’oeuvres, or private parties and celebrations. Additionally, Red Maple can prepare meals or menu items for drop-off or delivery to a client’s door.
LIONSHEAD
This distinguished Latin American restaurant located at the base of Vail Mountain offers remarkable views from its outdoor patio and dining room. El Sabor offers freshly made margaritas from daily hand-squeezed limes and agave nectar. Other libations include beer from Mexico and other Central American countries, as well as a distinctive and creative cocktail list for the non-tequila drinkers.
